Top-Choice Plumbing is an amazing plumbing company! I will never call another plumbing company ever again!

This weekend, my parents had a major plumbing issue in their home. It was discovered on a Friday evening, diagnosed late Friday night in person and fixed on early Saturday morning. Paul, the company owner, and his team were extremely reliable and professional on each visit.

Additionally, we had family crisis this weekend that brought 10-12 guests to sleep in my parents’ home. All would be forced to take cold showers if the plumbing issue was fixed ASAP. Paul was aware of this and very sensitive to the situation. This made all of us much more at ease during such an important weekend for my family.

Paul and his team were punctual, friendly, and fast! The service provided and work done were
also top quality. Paul walked us through the entire process and explained everything about the new system installed. Since then he has been available on the phone, immediately picking up and helping us to understand.

Top-Choice provided a reasonable estimate and kept to it once service was complete.They did not try to up-charge my parents in anyway.

I will definitely call Paul and his team in the future!

Very friendly and did the job quickly.

Came into fix a problem with the toilet, after they left the toilet started flushing on its own, looked it up it is called a phantom flush. Scheduled another appointment, they showed up 2 hours late and charged us $100. However, toilet has been fixed.

Michael (5021), from Roto Rooter replaced my water heater and was amazing! He was extremely professional, helpful, communicative, and honestly went the extra mile in every aspect. I HIGHLY recommend!

Had a broken pipe in the house With a bad water leak. The owner Mike took care of it and mitigated the incident immediately. He did a great job.

Terrible experience. I would call a company from outside Key Biscayne if I were you. It will be cheaper (they give you a hourly rate on the phone and then charge extras) amd for sure the service will be better.

Fast and trustworthy plumber who detected the horrible leak in my house and was able to quickly resolve the broken plumbing water pipes, as well as get me a credit for the wasted water from the leak! They are very knowledgeable and will definitely recommend my friends for all their plumbing needs.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
