I was so grateful to find this company. When our hot water stopped working, I called several companies who were taking more than a week to help me. I finally found this company. The on a Friday after it close. The phone was answered and documents were emailed to me. They received my documents on Monday contacted me early that that it was sent to City Gas for approval. Tuesday I had my hot water tank installed, and that was Thanksgiving week. This is an amazing company with great customer service. Also best price for gas hot water heater with installation. They do everything right.

This service is horrible. absolutely horrible. Hire another company. He came over per my request to repair 2 faucets and install a toilet and look into a major shower repair. After he arrives, he informs my boyfriend he doesn't repair faucets. Okay. I call him, I am a female, and he is incredibly incredibly rude. He promised a repair, okay he buys another faucet for the bathroom and promises to fix the one in the kitchen (its a year old -top of the line) 500 Dollars later the kitchen faucet is worse. If he needed to replace both, say so. I can't believe I have to hire another plumber and pay more money. Its crazy. Oh, he said he was licensed to work in my building. He is not.

Good guy, fair price, competent, and knowledgeable. Was punctual and met my needs. Everyone knows you need a tradesman for carpentry, electrician, and plumbing. I have found my plumbing guy. He replaced a leaking backflow regulator and registered with the city for me. From initial conversation, appraisal, parts ordered, and install to completed job took under 4 days. Fair pricing and quality work.

This guy is great! He's a one man show, so forgive him if he's busy, but he's good at what he does. He came out with a days notice (he would have come the same day if my building allowed contractors after 5) and took less than 30 minutes to resolve my issue.

His work usually comes with a warranty and he's very familiar with Brickell buildings and parking situations. Any other plumber I've ever used has complained about parking but not Eddie. He comes well prepared!

I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.
