Yovani was very helpful in resolving our issue with the toilet that would not stop running with water. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and was able to go out and purchase the new part and come back to install it all in the same day. While he did the work he laid down towels to not dirty the area and picked up and threw everything out afterwards. Highly recommend this professional service for any plumbing issues.

Spent $390 for a leak test in 8/2021 that yielded no results and no follwow up from the plumbers.

I had to then spend $375 on ANOTHER plumber who was professional and found my leak issue.

We agreed on a quote for a water heater installation 4 days before the job was to be done. The day before, he sent us a “complete quote” that was $290 more than the initial one. We text him back with the message “We hope this is not a strategy for asking more right before doing the job and because people are in urgent need they agree to whatever you ask.” and his answer was “Dear sir we
Don’t need any strategy as we are extremely busy with work.
I told you $400 labor.”, but he never said for the labor, it was for the installation.
Be careful this doesn’t happen to you and if it does, do something about it because people have to be honest with each other and not take advantage of people in need.

I had a leak in my bathtub that was causing damage to the unit downstairs. It was a difficult job to repair because the person who installed my bathtub didn't do it to code and there was some misalignment of the drains. Anyway, Eddie came one day to inspect and he said he would be back with a new system to install at 9am on a Monday, and he arrived at 9am on Monday (which is so refreshing) and finished and gone by 11.30am. Really professional, was great at communicating what he needed to do and really nice throughout and left the site of work clean like they we're not there. My next plumbing job, he is the first person I'm calling.

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.
