BSDOur tech ELIO with tag number 2472 was not only extremely kind but he did the work extremely fast, was patient with us even though we asked many questions and had an issue with payment until the card went through, was very efficient and the job was done in literally like 20 minutes! I am so happy we used Roto- Rooter and will definitely spread the word. Very professional staff, we called last minute and still they were able to help. If you go with roto- rooter, you should ask for Elio, you will not regret it. Good luck :)

A mouse ate a tiny hole in the hose on my dishwasher and the nightmare began. Not only did I have to replace a 3 year old DW when the wiring was also chewed up but the laminate flooring was lifting from the moisture. I called WMF and they are great. Still a big job ahead unpacking, but very happy with the service and professionalism shown by Water Mold Fire Restoration.

Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Would definitely recommend Falcon Plumbing.

Called them due to an issue I was having with my sewage system as both my toilets and shower not working properly. A representative came out and did a thorough investigation on what the main issue was. It seemed like roots from a tree were blocking my sewage lines, in turn, causing true havoc. Rafael was extremely helpful in ensuring he cleared all the roots and ensured we had working toilets and showers. From the beginning the customer service was excellent and I felt this company did a great job keeping us informed of plumbing issue and the steps they took along the way to ensure our plumbing needs were met.
