I had a great experience with RR last week on Saturday. Water heater leaking in middle of day Saturday. Called RR and the operator was terrific, then spoke to the scheduler who got a tech out to me within an hour! Tech was fantastic! He was helpful, courteous and did a great job…from the start to the finish it was a great experience.

Hopefully this issue doesn't happen again. If water damage services are needed again, I would contact WMF again in an instant. WMF was friendly, professional, responsive, frank, current on the safety codes & requirements, knowledgable (over 10 years of experience) and reasonably priced.

Hired the company to complete some extra work for me and were very professional and price was good. Will hire them again in the future.

Called to schedule a service for repair and installation. Great customer service. Was able to schedule me for the next day. Amazing tech who showed up when expected and did a fantastic job to repair and install. Will recommend their service around me.

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at. I am glad that I had decided to go with Carlos and SoCal Plumbing. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on!
