Best Toilet Repair in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend them to my friends and call them again in the future. I had an outside water line burst and was out of water. I tried to fix it myself but was unable to. I called Royal Flush Plumbing to see if anyone was available to come out. There was someone at my door 30 minutes later and he had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He was very professional and nice. He even took the time to explain to me what I was doing wrong when I tried to fix the pipe. Thank you for the excellent work.

Honest and on time , thank you for being such an awesome company. We needed new pipes and water lines ran into our bathroom so we called a few places and ended up using general plumbing and I'm glad we did .

I hired Brayan from Epic Plumbing to install a new water heater and repair water pipes throughout my entire house and I can’t say enough that I was extremely impressed and satisfied by his service. Brayan is very professional and client oriented, he went above and beyond to make sure that the job looked good and that I was very happy with the end resort. I am forever using EPIC PLUMBING for all my plumbing needs.

This company was great. We had an emergency water leak and Steve responded-immediately , came to the the house, worked on it and called Landon, his employee to bring materials. He the went so far as to send Landon to the store to bring a vacuum to extract the water. The other plumbers I called did not think this was important ant enough to respond. I know will be calling them for plumbing needs.

Brandon was great - friendly, explained everything he did and gave us a lot of advice. Recommend.

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

It seemed like this company outsources its service to local individual plumbers - when I called their number on their website my call was ALWAYS directed to a local plumber (that means there is no way to call about a complaint!). The plumber charged me a lot for the job (which is fine as I was in a hurry to get the problem solved) and promised me to dispose the garbage. However, he failed to take away the huge chunk of garbage and when I called him he asked for another $200 to do so. The lesson I learned is that never rely on google reviews solely, at least check the company on BBB you will get more information.

These people are awful. Hired them to remove a blockage in a bathroom pipe. Paid +$500 and they didn’t do the job correctly. Only a few days had passed since they came to “fix” the issue before the bathroom was overflowing again. Worse, when I asked them to come and look at it, they told me they don’t guarantee blockages, that they did their job and it must have been me that caused a new blockage. I hired a different plumber and he pulled out what they didn’t, which actually fixed the problem we were having. They were dismissive and rude. I will never use them again and you shouldn’t either.
