My whole experience with Hernandez Plumbing from calling for service to technicians arriving at my house was exceptional. I contacted Hernandez Plumbing as a second opinion of sorts since the first plumber was unable to find all leaks in my house. My technicians Youanis and Jorge were very professional and knowledgeable! less than 15 minutes in, Youanis explained to me where the possible leaks were at and he felt confident that the repairs would correct and stop the leak. The same day I approved the repairs and the work was done within a few hours! I have never been so happy and appreciative that my meter stopped!!! From hearing you probably have an underground leak(first plumber) which gave me sleepless nights to forever being grateful for these technicians and professional company, I highly recommend Hernandez Plumbing Co. As a side note, I spent less with Hernandez CO. than the first plumber too! To Hernandez Plumbing, your employees are great!

Great service!! We had 16 girls and 2 bathrooms and he came at 9 pm to fix our bathroom as soon as he was available!! We are so thankful for him! He was also very clean and professional. He took his shoes off before coming in and had his gloves and tools ready.

Daniel was very helpful and professional and worked within the timeframe of my day; Alain was amazing .... very kind, considerate and professional .... my previous water heater was 30 years old and therefore some of the components also had to be replaced...he promised me it would be done in the same day so that we could have hot water and he made sure it happened....he had to leave and go to Home Depot for a part but returned quickly and completed the job..I would not hesitate to recommend Miami Water Heater and request Alain....

Eddie is the best of the best. I’ve used him several times for different plumbing projects and the quality of the result is always very high. Most recently he installed a new electric tankless water heater and converted some of the old pipes to copper. Was very pleasant and was also teaching me things along the way. We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone
