The team at Hernandez Plumbing was excellent to work with from Emir (plumber) to Tony (supervisor) to Enrique (scheduler/$). Most of my experience was with Emir. He was professional, communicative, knowledgeable and always paid attention to safety protocols. Hope I never have to call a plumber again but Hernandez will be my plumber in the future.

I had a valve leaking problem late evening. Mike and Danny answered my call even though it was after hours, they were very polite and came quickly, resolved the problem fast and in a very professional manner. They explain to me what happened and offered recommendations after.

I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

We agreed on a quote for a water heater installation 4 days before the job was to be done. The day before, he sent us a “complete quote” that was $290 more than the initial one. We text him back with the message “We hope this is not a strategy for asking more right before doing the job and because people are in urgent need they agree to whatever you ask.” and his answer was “Dear sir we
Don’t need any strategy as we are extremely busy with work.
I told you $400 labor.”, but he never said for the labor, it was for the installation.
Be careful this doesn’t happen to you and if it does, do something about it because people have to be honest with each other and not take advantage of people in need.

Eddy is truly professional. Fast, efficient, and does the job right the first time. He even inspects the incoming pipes for leaks after the repair and explains everything in detail. Now I know why he has so many five star reviews. Great job. Thanks Eddy!

Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Would definitely recommend Falcon Plumbing.

They came before the estimated time. The repair was done expeditiously and they offered multiple quotes and diferent options to resolve the problem. Everything is fixed and in good working order. Top notch customer service!

Dale saved the day big time. Had a couple o-rings go bad in the middle of fixing a shower and he was able to get me the parts and help me out. It’s all fixed now and will definitely be coming back for any plumbing needs.
