Excellent company! Hired them since they do both plumbing and water restoration, which are the two things I needed, after a bad toilet water valve caused a flood in my apartment. Roto-Rooter took care of both problems quicky, and professionally. The workers were all very helpful in explaining the work they would due, and how long it would take. They also quicky began to take care of all the apartments below me, which were affected. If you use their service, make sure to ask for Franz Schiebel, Tech number 983; he was extremely helpful.

From the moment that I called Hernandez Plumbing, they have been nothing but amazing. Through the years I have had multiple issues with my pipes, this last incident happened in the late afternoon right before Thanksgiving. I have never dealt with a more competent, organized and communicative company. Throughout the whole process of unclogging, running cameras, adding dehumidifiers, and fans, they have been great. They would schedule a time when they would arrive, confirm the day before and then also confirm within the hour of the appointment. If by any chance they were running late, they would call to gives us the heads up. This company has impressed us in so many ways, I would hands down recommend them. I would also like to specifically point out Steven, who is the individual that keeps would keep us informed step by step, he is absolutely great, and a very hard working employee.

I have just had the best 'plumbing experience' in my entire life!

I called 24 Hour Rooter Services  and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. A sweet, skilled, adorable young plumber, Oscar arrived, explained the situation to me, gave me choices. He then FIXED IT with some parts I had found... and he did not charge me.

He said they are a neighborhood service and are very understanding of situations like mine. This time it was not major surgery!  I still cannot believe this. As a 50-year resident on the coral gable, I have never experienced such generosity, professionalism and patience with a situation like this in my entire life.

I cannot speak for their service, they may provide. Very good service, however their driver almost hit me, and could have killed somebody. They allow their drivers to drive maniacally, and like I said they very well could kill somebody. Trying to get to your location. So if you want to be accessory to killing somebody, this might be the company you want to call. I obviously just trying a different company, who provides themselves in safety

I wish everyone I dealt with was this great. Made a call late Friday, got a call back right away. Got the first appointment Monday morning. These guys were done by the time I got to my warehouse at 8:00 am. AWESOME!!!!!!

On Friday I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10am, I was called for confirmation at 12 noon to confirm it, I could not answer the call. I called at 6pm to concent an appointment even knowing that maybe not could be that time (10am), the plumber told me that would be available at 1pm on Saturday and would call me to see if I was in my house, Saturday did not receive the call .... today, Monday I call to see if it could happen today fix my problem, a lady told me the plumber would call me in 5 minutes, wait 30 minutes, he called me and I explain my problem, He reminded I was the girl who called on Friday. He's apologizing because he had family problems and could not call me back ... again said that he would call me in 1 hour ... I had to text him thinking is busy and he call me after 1 hour and 30 minutes to be told that ANYONE couldn't go to fix my problem until tomorrow afternoon and they offer 24/7 services, I'm disillusioned of all good comments I wonder if they're true comments and so disrespectful plumber. Thanks a lot for nothing. p.d: I don't need a plumber who speaks Spanish.

Bakersfield Plumbing Co is legit. We had a hot water heater installed. Bakersfield Plumbing did a wonderful, clean, up to code install. Joey was very professional and did an amazing job. So glad I found my new plumbers!

So after being totally abused by this company, ALL SERVICES AC, actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. This tech came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So I called 5 other companies that charge between $125-$145 for clearing the drain line. The problem persisted, ALL SERVICES actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee (less than $90). Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there. BTW, the one star is mandatory.
