Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

They are still working. I would like to say the two guys Luis and Kris they are fantastic. Hard workers. Yesterday they work from am to pm pass 9 pm. Also Rudy help with my problem . They are non stop till the problem is fixed. Thank you Roto-Rooter for being here for us.

The guys at Zoom Drain were amazing and very responsive; the service was great. They were able to solve the issue with my kitchen clog and everything is working great with my drain now.

I am so pleased with their service. I have to stay that they answered the phone with their plumbing company name. I called two other companies who said “hello?” When I called and I had to ask if I had even called a plumbing company. They spoke English, which is important to me because I don’t speak Spanish. They introduced themselves immediately: They were profesional and took pictures/showed me exactly what was wrong. I will recommend them to all of our family and friends.

They did our lift station monitoring for several years and we did not notice any issues. However, at one point we had a problem with the lift station and they said that it would cost several hundred dollars to make the repair. However, we sent out our in-house electrician and he told us that there was no repairs or replacement needed. This is not an honest company so we canceled our contract immediately.

I had my sewer back up into the lower level of my house so i called Mohr plumbing and the owner came out in less than 2 hours. He gave me a few options / prices that were very reasonable and had everything fixed less than an hour later. I can't thank him enough for making my issue his priority. I will definitely be using his company again if needed.

Blatant overcharging. $1100 for a shutoff valve with noise suppression. Same service with another company, $390.

Disgusting liars. Would never recommend your services for anyone I know in the community. Absolutely disgusting. Lack of professionalism and lack or integrity. Absolutely no integrity. Money hungry offenders. Reviews do not match expectations or work ethics. Disgrace to working class citizens. I will be reporting you guys to Better Buisness Bureau.

Unfortunately I had really worse experiences with Mokher plumbing. At the first appointment I loved the company, their service and thought the plumber was really professional and experienced. But this was on the first appointment only. I had 4 more appointments with them and never once anyone followed up with me. The plumber came twice from these 4 appointments totally unprepared when I sent pictures and called 2 times prior to make sure he has the right parts. it is the lady who answers the phone never followed up with me. Honestly I don’t know what is wrong with her. I was giving them the job and her service is to follow up when she says she will and have the plumber know what he needs for that appointment. Well it got worse. The last time he was here. He supposed to order a part for one side of the faucet. The water was slowly dripping . He came once before (i had to pay for this) and said he will order the part. Month later he come back with the part. Changed. The water was still dripping the same. He told me he made a mistake and order wrong side but the lady in the phone told me he told her I need to replace both sides and second didn’t came in yet. Can you imagine my reaction. So unprofessional!! Not being honest. And the lady on the phone didn’t want to listen my explanations or being helpful. Well after 5 appointments and spending in total $3500+ for their company the water is still leaking and no one got back to me . At this point I am so upset that I will call another plumber. And to add. The plumber that was coming here for 5 times. He knows the plumbing. But he is always in the phone and all he was doing on the last appointment he was complaining about life, another difficult client he had day before, that he would rather be a gardener and not plumber. That day he was here for many hours. My bill was $2050. He did a great installation. But do I have to listen all this!! I have two years old and plenty on my plate. As I said he is a good plumber but gosh i had to go trough that day listening him complaining all the time and at the end he was dishonest about getting the wrong side part. Never mind. Thank god there are plenty of other companies who would love to have my business.

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

I used this company 2 times the first time was to replace a heating element on my water heaters and the technicen who came to see the unit suggest the replacement of the water heater who is only 4 year. So I called on another company who charges me $ 100 for the replacement of the heating element. the second time was to drain my sink which is in my kitchen. this time the quotation proved by the technician was 470 dollars ...
just to drain the pipe. I call a other company Who charge my $ 150.
this company flacon plumbing are not professional because when I called their office the lady I have on the phone told me that this job should cost 180 dollars max

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
