Terrible attitude and service. Called to have two bathroom fixtures repaired and the partners started arguing among themselves, as to who would make the call while I was on the line. Needless to say, neither one ever call back.

Nothing more dramatic than getting home after a hard day to find that the 4 bathrooms were clogged!! I remember that years ago I had another problem (not as severe as this one) but I called RR and they fixed it in no time. Well, this time I called them again and in 30 minutes a crew was at my house with professional equipment and knowledge. It took to them almost 4 hours -close to midnight- to fix the problem and the result is 100% good job and 100% customer satisfaction. Thank you all at Root Rooters

I own various property’s and buildings and have been working with plumbers all my life I have not experienced service and speed like south beach plumbing they have always gotten the work done professionally and quick and best of all for a reasonable price the staff is very professional from the plumbers to the president the manager and the ceo I would recommend them with my eyes closed

Be careful when they give you a free estimate! They will say they need to break your bathroom tiles and charge $1100 for a repair that really was a DIY. Shameful.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
