Best Repair Toilets in Miami FL

Was referred to Jason by a friend for plumbing needs, answered us right away, got us scheduled for a visit, communicated w us when he was on the way. He verbalized everything ahead of time, walked me through the process of the fix. He was great! Awesome experience and would def recommend again and again!

Our sink was clogged and we were able to get someone to come out same day. Our technician, James, was very professional and friendly. He was able to quickly unclog our sink and we are happy to be able to use our kitchen again! Thank you James and Roto-Rooter!

Just wanted to share the great service from Rohan(Service Tech 2609). We had our toilet clogged and called Roto Rooter. We got same day service and got a reasonable price. Rohan was very professional. knew the problem right away. He fixed the problem, gave us tips on maintaining it from clogging again. He cleaned up after himself. Could not ask for better service!!!!! This tech is what customer service is all about.!!!

I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.
