Best Plumbing Issue in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

Great service very professional . Both Nick and Abraham where very pleasant to work with. They installed my water heater and fix the leak in my shower all in a day . They where very organized and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. Would definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs.

Marco and Carlos are 2 of the most professional, polite young men I have ever met. They are knowledgeable and arrived on time. They also took their time to problem solve. Although my problem was more serious than we anticipated. They were still able to point me in the right direction. I would recommend them 💯. Do not hesitate.

I Called Daniel late at night to help us with a clogged drain. Everything was backed up in the house and we had family that came over from out of state, it's safe to say that Main Plumbing guys were life savers. In less than an hour they had arrived at our property. It was a stubborn stoppage but they finally were able to cleared it. Suffice to say they were on time and professionals which is not common in Miami.

Today I met Luis and Emilio at the house to check on the Jacuzzi tub. They did a thorough analysis and within 15 minutes had everything running just fine. These guys were nice to talk with and knowledgeable about a lot of things. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will call them back if we have another repair situation come up. WMF was able to tell us what we should do while we waited to get our roof fixed. When it was time for the restoration, They came back throughly went over again what the process would be to get the job done.
