Best Plumbing Inspection in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

My water bill was around $2,000.00, and called Dick Rosher Plumbing after reading their water leak detection service page of their website. Leak detector Landon Davis is a true professional in the field of water leak detections. As soon as he got out of his vehicle, I watched him scan my yard with his thermal imager and with his eyeballs, before walking up to me! He explained that he was looking for a very happy patch of grass, which would indicate the possibility of a fresh water service leak in that area. What he found was a very happy palm tree! I had wondered why the tree had suddenly started looking more lush over the past few months, and here was Landon telling me it was drinking from my water supply. Of course, I was hesitant to entertain this theory, but when he used his sound amplification equipment, he was able to confirm this. During the course of the rest of his leak detection he also determined that there was another leak at the point that the pipe enters my house! He even dug it up as a courtesy and actually showed me this leak. I was certainly impressed. He then verbally told me what his plan of action would be, and I contracted this fast paced time efficient plumber to replace the entire pipe from the meter to my house. Really an interesting field of work, with a hard working and very knowledgeable young man as the leak detector.Amendment: His father Steve who owns the company is an absolute trip...very hyper but very smart, he is obviously highly trained as a master plumber for many years. They gave me every penny's worth of work and determination. Five stars.

To be honest this is the first time that I am writing a review for a service provider that I have deal with. But on this case I would liked to share my experience with everybody since it maybe helpful for the others as well o I asked this company to replace my water heater. They provide a service beyond my expectation, very fast and at reasonable price ! The two individual I was in contact Steve and Stephanie are professional, friendly and helpful . The guys at Zoom Drain were amazing and very responsive; the service was great. They were able to solve the issue with my kitchen clog and everything is working great with my drain now.

Bad customer service. I called to request an inspection and the guy in the other end hang up on me. Rude!.

Our plumber was Juan and my family and I were very grateful after reading all of his prior GOOD reviews. He responded promptly in the morning (8am) when we called and asked for a quote for our toilet that leaked from the night before. Then we also added that we had another toilet that had a leak as well but we had prolonged fixing it due to the pandemic and prior lockdown requirements. He said he'd arrive in the afternoon and we voiced our concerns about him having PPE and he reassured us that he would have them. He arrived in the afternoon (3:45pm) and actually notified us when he was on the way (as we had asked so that we'd know when to expect him). Juan was nice and good-natured when he arrived and introduced himself. He also wore his mask and SHOE COVERS! We were happy so our upstairs carpets would not get dirty throughout the repairs. He got right to work one the first toilet and then the second. He was quiet, polite, and efficient. Juan finished in about 1 HOUR and some change (record time in my opinion ). We were able to ask questions and he was patient and then we tested both toilets (multiple times to ensure the leaks were taken care of) and then he was DONE! We got the invoice and paid by check and then also double checked that if there were any future issues if the jobs had a warranty. He said and that if there was a problem to call him back. My family and I haven't been this satisfied with a plumber and customer service in over a decade! We're happy and appreciative that during these uncertain times there are still individuals and businesses that are willing to work with their customers. 5 STARS! We recommend Juan and Mohr Corp. My company had a clogged toilet and I plunged it for 2 hours, it started leaking all over the floor and that's when I called Peter's Plumbing. It took a septic tank PUMP OUT to get our toilet working again. I knew from the moment I saw 3 people enter the backroom at once that I should have said 1 at a time, now I know why. I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
