I can't believe what I had to hear from my family. I had to CALL another company to get them to fix the issues they had. No response to the company that did such a great job. How dare you do this to my family. He overpriced my family for crying out loud, don't do it. Go to a company who is thorough at their job.

This is the first time I have plumbing issue at my house. We have a serious underground leak in the back yard causing whole house with very low water pressure and water heater not working on Friday 12.11.20. I called RCR Plumbing Services Sunday morning (12.12.20), he came by same day at night due to other job. He checked and explained us a fixing plan and estimate project cost. We agreed and he started from checking water service to make sure no inside house leak and new valve replacement the next day. Then a major leak is solved by replacing with a new PVC pipe today (Wednesday 12.16.20) as planned. The whole main process took only 4 hours and finished before noon. We have our water back with even stronger pressure, also our electric water heater is back on track. I am really happy with RCR Plumbing Services and will definitely contact this company again for any plumbing issue in the future. I do not get paid to write this review, I am an actual customer with direct experience. Highly recommend with 10++ stars!!

I woke up to no hot water and had to replace my 20 year old outside tankless water heater ASAP. I contacted 4 companies for estimates. Anthony and Davis were the first to arrive. From the start, they were extremely professional. They listened to my needs and offered suggestions. They then checked out what I had and what needed to be done to upgrade my equipment. I didn’t feel pressured, but informed. None of the other representatives from the other companies showed me the respect and knowledge as Anthony and Davis. In the end I chose to go with Peter’s Plumbing because of these two representatives. They kept me updated on what was happening and their time schedule. As hot as it was they plugged away outside in the sun and heat, and in their red and black uniforms with no complaints. I was very concerned that they were going to have a heat stroke, but they persevered. They explained everything that they were doing, why they were doing it, and answered my questions completely. Their work was very cleanly done and left the area immaculate. The young men had beautiful manners and were very professional. Peter’s Plumbing is very lucky to have such great employees working for them. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot shower this morning. I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Folks, I am changing my review to 1 star. Hernandez Plumbing has completely changed from my experience in early 2021. This time the plumber arrived and with minimal looking spent most of his time talking about submitting claims with my homeowners insurance for re-piping the house. Then told me I needed to have their leak detection company over to find the leak... so he left. The leak detection person arrived, mentioned about filing insurance claim, and quoted me $1380 to look for the leak (repair is separate)... but talked to his boss and was able to bring it down to $900. I felt like I was talking to used car salesman. I sent them home. My wife and I did a quick inspection of the exterior of the house, found a major wet spot, called Robert's Plumbing, they broke open the wall and bingo, found the leak. I recommend staying away... this is not the same company from earlier reviews.
