David was very nice. My regular plumber happened to be booked all week and there was water coming out under my son’s floor. So I had to find another plumber. David’s company received good reviews so I called him. One of his associates was supposed to come on Monday, the day I called, between 1 and 3. Around 2:45 I called David to find out if and when his associates were coming, only to find out that they were running late because of some issues with the job they were working on. David said he would call me back in a few minutes with an ETA. At 4:10 I called David again and rescheduled for the following morning between 9 and 11.
David arrived Tuesday morning around 10:50. He discovered that the water in my son’s room originated from the toilet in the half bath. David replaced the toilet, valve, and flange, and gave us the name of a restoration company.
We really thank him for helping us out so much. There was much more damage than we thought.

We had a plumbing issue, a leaking 3/4 gate valve on the main pipe water supply, we called Falcon Plumbing to resolve the issue. Justin the plumber came, quote us to fix the valve, $625, we told him to proceed, it was late at night no time to argue, water was leaking. Also we ask him about the water heater (W/H), Justin advised us to replace W/H and said he can do both for $1200.00, fixing the valve and changing W/H both for $1200. We insisted, both for $1200, he said yes. The next day, we asked him again, the $1200, are you sure is for both jobs, he said again, Yes.
We told him to proceed, he said he will come on Friday.
It was Tuesday night, On Wednesday the office sent us a bill for $649.00 not $625 for the valve replacement, that we paid immediatelly and Justin came on Friday and replaced the W/H. To our surprise, the office sent us a bill for $1188.43, on Friday afternoon, when we called we found out this is the price to replace the W/H. We spoke to Rosie and to Wendy and explained what Justin has told us he will be $550 for the W/H, they said no, this is the price $1188.43.
We definitely think that Falcon Plumbing needs to put their business and their quotation in order, if Justin is not placed to give quote as your plumber he better stop quoting people wrongly and if he did, which in our case he did, Falcon Plumbing needs to accept his quotation. A $550.00 can't suddenly become $1188.43, how much do you charge per hour $400.00, that wasn't an emergency, it was a planned job. This is definitely not right, people need to hear what you are doing to your customers. Rosi Echeverry and Wendy need to honor Justin price and send us a new bill for $550.00.

Excellent service, they are so profesional, clean and efficiently work. Good workers like Angel and Junior. Excellent price.

They came to see what was happening with a shower thermostat, the plumber who came appeared not to know a lot of this devices, anyway he reported that the handle of the valve has wear and needs to be replace.
They charged $ 150.00 for the visit. After 2 days they called me that the cost of the handle was $ 150.00 (I purchased online for $ 48.00) and the new visit will cost (as a reduced price) $ 100.00. Total they wanted to charge to replace a handle $ 400.00; this is outrageous as the only work is unscrew the handle and put the new one. I don't recommend this Company. I did the job by myself and cost was $ 0, except the cost of the part $ 48.00.

Look no further, Acosta plumbing was great, dependable, on time, great follow up and great pricing. All great attributes you just don’t find in Miami anymore. A good old fashioned honorable company a rare find in todays environment or anytime for that matter !!

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
