So happy with Hernandez Plumbing. After receiving an enormously high water bill, we contacted Hernandez Plumbing to find out the cause of the. They referred us to Total Care Restoration for leak detection and once it was found, that same day, Marlon came over to check the damage, gave me a reasonable quote and the next day had the burst pipe replaced in just a few hours. I was very very happy with their services and quick work and would recommend to anyone.

I cannot speak for their service, they may provide. Very good service, however their driver almost hit me, and could have killed somebody. They allow their drivers to drive maniacally, and like I said they very well could kill somebody. Trying to get to your location. So if you want to be accessory to killing somebody, this might be the company you want to call. I obviously just trying a different company, who provides themselves in safety

These guys are a terrible rip off. They were called out for a leak that was going down to the bottom apartment. The first plumber says he fixed the issue $580 for 2 hours job. Then the next day the leak continued. They came out again and said the faucet under the sink was leaking (obvious leak that should have been caught the first time) Then charged $562 to diagnose the issue that should have been caught the day before. Then charged $450 to change out a faucet. Total these guys want to charge me $1,592.50 to basically change out a faucet that should have been a $250 job. Don't use these people. Total rip off.

Great experience with Dovis Plumbing. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had 2 plumbing estimates. Technician Juaneal gave me 4 options in my estimate, and answered all my questions.The other firm didn’t show for the 1st appointment and rescheduled for the next day and their price was significantly higher. The office worked to get me on the schedule the next day, a Friday, so I would have hot water for the weekend. Juaneal was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked in a very confined space, completed the work, left the area clean and answered all my questions. Thank you again Juaneal! This project required an electrician that Dovis set up. She came in after the old tank removal and did her work in a professional and courteous manner. There was no delay in coordinating the two trades. I’m very happy with Dovis Plumbing customer service. I will definitely recommend.

I needed to complete a Septic Inspection before a deadline to a purchase contract. I spoke with Edwin and explained our situation and time frame. Access to the tank was difficult and was covered by landscaping and rocks. Other companies didn’t want to do it. Edwin assured me it would be no problem and scheduled the inspection the next day. Unfortunately the weather initially caused a delay and possible reschedule. I received a call from Edwin the weather cleared and he was on his way to complete the inspection. Job took a couple hours and got the report before the deadline. Great job and communication! We look forward to doing more business with Edwin and his company.

I have been using this company for years because their service has always been pretty good. However, recently they mishandled a call and as a long term customer I called the company to discuss the situation with the customer service manager Vicki. I was very dissatisfied with the intransigent, argumentative, combative and stubborn attitude that Vicki had. I find it odd that such a seemingly good company would (I assume) knowingly have a person with these traits as their customer service representative. Now, despite the years of good work that the company did, I will no longer use Douglas Orr plumbing because I know if there is ever an issue, they are not a company that deals reasonably with their customers (at least judging from my own personal experience). Suggestion: change Vicki's title to Customer Disservice Manager....as she did a disservice to both her employer and me. David Koss
