Great job by Roto-Rooter installing my new water heater. Keith was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The installation went smoothly but it turned out we needed an electrician to rewire everything and Roto-Rooter referred one to me and the job got done the same day. It’s great to have hot water again. Thanks again.

These guys are top notch. Very hard to find in Miami!. Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me find and resolve a leak I had between floors in my 2 story home. This all on a Friday evening, arriving within an hour and a half of my initial call.

I was taken advantage of by another vendor, but Zoom Drain Techs came right in and fixed the problem in no time at a very economical rate. They are very professional and trustworthy. Good plumbers are hard to find and these guys hit it out of the park. I called Danny with a hot water heater issue, he gave me the time of day on the phone and really talked through the issue I was having. I didn't end up using him because I was able to get the manufacturer to take care of it. Not two weeks later I had a busted hose bib and I knew exactly who to call. Kiko and Danny were able to help me out right away. Their service was prompt, reasonable, and friendly.

Best of all, my service (install and remove water heater) got perfect and was done in a timely way. His quote for the service was good too, his price was 30% less than his competitors.

Eddie is the best of the best. I’ve used him several times for different plumbing projects and the quality of the result is always very high. Most recently he installed a new electric tankless water heater and converted some of the old pipes to copper. Was very pleasant and was also teaching me things along the way.
