Best Inspection in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

I will never recommend them. WORSE SERVICE ever. I am still waiting for the email with the pictures of the job done and my invoice. I have called plenty of times and texted them and NO ANSWER from neither one I talked to. Address on the webpage is non existing. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Guys that visited were all very professional and Knowledgeable!

Only issue was I was scheduled for a 10:30-12:30 window and it ended up being 3-30

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

2019(Alex cleared every thing up for my boyfriend and I. Refunded us no problem. Helped us further understand our problem and what we needed to do, so that we could take the necessary steps to get our bath tub fixed. Thanks for your help.)

After failing to find an available plumber from recommendations I had received, I used several sites through Google and located Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was connected almost immediately to Abraham, whose confidence and expertise assured me that I had made a good choice for replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He answered my questions so that I could select the proper equipment and we arranged an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service I was contacted 30 minutes prior to the appointment time and Abraham showed up as scheduled. He was able to explain the entire process and even with a few glitches that come from a 40 year old faucet set up, was able to expertly complete the job in under an hour. I was particularly pleased that he cleaned up the work area and made sure everything the new faucet and disposal worked to my satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with my experience and with the professional and friendly attitude of Abraham. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for other services and I hope others will too.

Update: My 40+ year old plumbing keeps throwing curveballs and my plumber, Abraham, keeps knocking them out of the park!
Water heater replacement with associated valves, etc.
Recognized that the electrical connections were not equivalent and was able to correct.

I am very disappointed of Main Plumbing Services, i called him on a Sunday with my water pipe broken (it was an small work), this man told me because was sunday he will charged me $500, I don’t think people should take advantage of others, shame on you Mr

This was the best service I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike was the service agent who came out to my house. He was on time, less expensive than other quotes, got the job done in a quick efficient manner, and went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the work he did. Unlike many plumbing companies, they do not charge to come out to give you a quote and add another $69.00 to $79.00 to your bill. I would suggest anyone needing great service to contact them first

The worst service, they sent 2 inexperienced plumbers.1 is an emigrant to Miami for 10 months, didn't have much knowledge about Florida homes, and the other supposed certified plumber was the same, it took them 5 hours to unclog, and find the real source of the problem, which they had been advised from the beginning where the problem was.They didn't listen, and did what they wanted, in order to charge double the money.They're totally corrupt and incompetent.It's a shame how they send these inept workers to do a job they have no idea about.Do not 🚫 call them.

Very good customer service,in the website said free estimate, but isn't true they charge $55 if you don't due the job with them. but also de labor is too expensive $100 per hours , I never use anymore

I had an emergency plumbing yesterday at night and I needed a 24 hours plumber near me. I called Miami 24/7 Plumbing around 11pm and they came in less the 20 minutes. I had a leaking pipe, that was fixed in less than one hour. I strongly recommend this plumbing company.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
