Office bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe leading to the toilet. I called Plumbing Police and they came right over and fixed it. Great work and extremely professional.

Bad customer service. I called to request an inspection and the guy in the other end hang up on me. Rude!.

Specified that I needed REPAIR only of electric tankless water heater, but they actually only sell you a new one. Also no matter what actual work needs to be done, they quote the same, about $1000 for installation.
