Jim saved us!! Came the next day after I called late at night!! Leaky washer fixed in moments, new parts for running toilet, he is professional and kind!! Definitely our new go to tor all our plumbing issues.

It was a little bit expensive, but they were able to fix my kitchen sink pipe from leaking… We’re definitely recommend for a professional job and would definitely use them again.

Migue H (# 178)l & Luis C (# 4603) were extremely professional and helpful. Worked to minimize structural damage while ensuring the new piping was installed properly and effectively. Very grateful to them.The only real negative I have is the pricing. It was $1800 for the project. $900 for them to tear up the outer concrete wall just to find the problem (took maybe an hour). On the high side considering the time it took and that it didn’t include fixing the issue. Also, the first tech (Elio?) removed wood paneling inside the house and cut up the dry wall and plaster only to realize the pipes don’t go through the wall. Even the next tech said he wouldn’t have done that.I know plumbers charge a lot, but the pricing seemed excessive. This isn’t a negative towards the techs, they were great. More a negative reflection on the company. 4 stars b/c of the techs (Miguel & Luis). 2 stars on pricing.

These guys are top notch. Very hard to find in Miami!. Nick was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He helped me find and resolve a leak I had between floors in my 2 story home. This all on a Friday evening, arriving within an hour and a half of my initial call.

I can’t say enough good things about these gentlemen. Highly recommended.

Foul odor was detected around the area of my one piece toilet and the clear caulk between the toilet and the floor was loose. Upon plumber's arrival (Yovani Cruz), it was determined that the 1 5/8 inch gap space between the back of the toilet tank and the wall was most likely the source of the problem as someone may have leaned back against the tank, lifting it from the front (much like a rocking chair). The toilet was removed and the plumber found that one of the two plastic screws that secured the toilet to the flange was cracked. Both screws were removed and replaced with metal ones; the area was thoroughly cleaned; a new wax ring was placed over the flange and the toilet reinstalled. Plastic shims were used to level it properly and grout instead of caulking was used this time to seal the seat to the floor. I was advised not to use it for 48 hours to allow for proper grout cure. I proceeded to purchase not 2 but 4 tank braces to fill the gap between the tank and the wall to avoid any movement in case someone reclines against it. Plumber also provided great maintenance tips. Good work!

I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am blown away by Wendy at Falcon Plumbing. I contacted her and went over the problem my mother was having with her water heater . She
had Justin come out with in 40 minutes of my call . Justin fixed the problem right on he also showed my sister how to trouble shoot the problem in the event it happens again. I have had other plumber s that
and they did not know what they were doing. I am so glad I found Falcon
and Wendy.

So after being totally abused by this company, ALL SERVICES AC, actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. This tech came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So I called 5 other companies that charge between $125-$145 for clearing the drain line. The problem persisted, ALL SERVICES actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee (less than $90). Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there. BTW, the one star is mandatory.
