I am located in Aventura, FL and had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet. Unfortunately, it had been slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor and also down into the condo below me.Let me start with promptness. For most companies, it takes them 24 hours to get back to someone who make online inquiries. Not these guys. I made my inquiry and I received a call within 20 minutes that a plumber would be at my house within the hour. That is what I call service.Now I will move on to my plumber, Hector (0658). This guy is by far one of the most professional people I have ever met. He is very personable, has no problem explaining what he is doing, and ensures the job is complete the first time. He came in my condo, examined the issue, and knew right away what the problem was. With my approval, he went right to work. He not only fixed my problem, but troubleshot the issue afterwards. He made sure everything was complete, everything was working properly, and there were no issues going forward.All around, a great experience! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their plumber Hector. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!

I reached out to Mohr Corp plumbing yesterday (through the Yelp app). Juan responded immediately and told me he could be here this morning at around 11am. He actually got here a little bit earlier. I was terrified at the thought that the issue was an underground leak, and it would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Juan found the leak, and it was due to a faulty sprinkler system valve. He fixed the issue quickly, and potentially saved me a lot of money had I dealt with another company that wasn't as honest! Thank you Juan!

Emir and Tony were both wonderful . Tony came first to take a look at the issue , free of charge . Then emir called the next day to confirm a great time to come by . He came on time , was very professional , and fixed the issues in a timely manner . Would highly recommend the company and emir.

Dio was awesome! He came on basically no notice to fix a leak we had leading to the water heater. While he was there is was kind enough to go into our crawl space and fasten the pipes with brackets and took video and pictures for us. Incredibly professional and awesome quality!

I have used their services on various occasions, including installing a water heater, leak detections and a few leak repairs. Anderson and Angel Super Friendly and easy going the work done in the bath was fantastic. Every detail was taken care of the installation of the shower heads, and not only that, they also are super clean and get the job done without any issues.

There was no leak. they claimed they replaced a screw, took 5 minutes to do it and they charge $270.00. A total scam.
