Best Drain Cleaning Water Heater Leak Detection in Miami FL

I had a great experience using Royal Flush Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for my Miami home. They were very fast and got to the bottom of the problem. I had contacted several different plumber but most of them wanted to charge to come to come to my home.

Amazing service by Bryan Ruano. He was extremely patient , efficient, and honest. He assisted our optical with a leaking issue in our sink in less than 30 minutes full replacement! I would highly recommend.

Alex did his best to find a solution for my plumbing issues at one of my rental properties in Homestead. I had backed up issues, blow out problems and a troubled water line, this man came out his self in the RAIN. You cant find service like that now adays.

It seemed like this company outsources its service to local individual plumbers - when I called their number on their website my call was ALWAYS directed to a local plumber (that means there is no way to call about a complaint!). The plumber charged me a lot for the job (which is fine as I was in a hurry to get the problem solved) and promised me to dispose the garbage. However, he failed to take away the huge chunk of garbage and when I called him he asked for another $200 to do so. The lesson I learned is that never rely on google reviews solely, at least check the company on BBB you will get more information.

Office bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe leading to the toilet. I called Plumbing Police and they came right over and fixed it. Great work and extremely professional.

Terrible experience with Island Plumbing. I’m the property manager for several units at the Brickell area and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor in the last 20 years. It all started when they had me waiting in the lobby for three hours. I was told someone would call me when the plumber was onsite. No-one ever called me. So finally I called them and they told me the plumber was done with the job. I immediately went up to the tenant occupied unit and my tenant told me that, yes someone came but he didn’t really explain what was the issue. Since we have a leak that is affecting the unit underneath, I went to the unit below to see if the plumber had gone there to see what was the problem. The tenant of that unit, who had also been waiting for three hours, told me that no one ever came by and showed me her damaged ceiling. So I called Island Plumbing for an answer. They said the plumber would call me ASAP. It’s now been three days and over 15 unresponsive phone calls since that plumber went to check the leak and I’ve yet to hear back from them. Needless to say we still have a leak!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
