Best Drain Cleaning Water Heater Leak Detection in Miami FL

I had a great experience using Royal Flush Plumbing & Drain Cleaning for my Miami home. They were very fast and got to the bottom of the problem. I had contacted several different plumber but most of them wanted to charge to come to come to my home.

I had a water leak and another company could not locate. Steve came out using an infrared camera. He immediately located a hot spot at kitchen floor. His team came out the next day on time and repaired the water leak. Steve then walked me through the water bill credit process. Smart, punctual and clean.

I had an issue with my toilet being clogged I had called to see if there any availabilities at the moment they said yes right away one of their employees to come and fix it. Terrible experience. Office is extremely slow. Spoke to Gabriel and he clearly isn't the brightest when it comes to customer service and getting back to you about a part that they have ordered. Just getting a status alone took me over 3 days for him to get in touch with the supplier and the plumber to let us know what the issue in our rental unit was. Don't recommend them at all.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
