Jorge quickly diagnosed the issue. We had it fixed quickly & for a reasonable price. They were able to come in the morning on the day after I put in my request in the late afternoon.

(2021)I wanted to update this review a long time ago, but feared this company might be able to somehow take back the money I paid them. Below all of this text is a review that I had to leave in order to get my money back. The owner fought with me on the phone after I had left a review about how they sent someone over from their company who not only broke my bath faucet even more, but also wanted to charge me 1200$ for a service I later found out from another honest plumbing company would only have been a temporary fix to my problem, AND that I was being overcharged for a service that never amounts anywhere near what they stated. After I left a negative review the first time telling the truth about what happened and the events that occured, I was called by the manager or owner, who told me the only way they'd give me back my money was if I updated my review and that review made them look bad. His words, verbatim. I now want people to know the truth about this company and their shady business practices. This was about 2 years ago, but I will never forget how they treated my boyfriend and I. They blackmailed us for our own money. My hopes are that they have since polished their business ethics and have learned to treat their customers better, but I wouldn't be too sure about that. So I leave this edited review as a caution to anyone who might feel something might be off about this company, because odds are your gut feeling might be spot on.

2019(Alex cleared every thing up for my boyfriend and I. Refunded us no problem. Helped us further understand our problem and what we needed to do, so that we could take the necessary steps to get our bath tub fixed. Thanks for your help.)

I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. Terrible service. Had me send them many pictures instead of this business coming in person. I had no hot water and in two days I could not get a quote. Imagine what their service is like for maintenance- my guess non-existent. Find another plumber.

I spoke with Steve, the owner under a panic because there was a running water leak under my kitchen sink. Steve was very calm and coached me to find the house main water line and told me how to turn it off. He then said he would come later today to fix it. Lucky for me, a neighbor helped me diagnose the problem and I told steve he did not need to come. However, I was grateful for his help and would call him again due to his professionalism and responsiveness.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
