I had him come out to do a water test and was promised a full report.

It has been months since he conducted the survey and hasn't made an effort to fulfill his promise.

We had been having issues with our tankless water heater for MONTHS! I contacted Rinnai and they put me in touch with Gus at People's Plumbing since he is a trained Rinnai plumber. Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
