Pedro and Ken showed up very quickly, the same day, inspected the area, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The repair was not very messy but they also cleaned up the area when they were done. Very professional, helpful and polite. Also wore all of the PPE that was mentioned on line. Great job! Will definitely use again!

Capped 2 supply lines and one drain pipe. Called 7am they arrived at 9:20 am they were done by 10:15 am. Reasonably priced.

Coastal Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing company in the Brickell area in all of Miami in our opinion. We have called Eddie last minute and he always makes an effort to deliver same day service in an emergency situation. Thankfully, we don't need to call often because his work is top notch! The worst plumbing company i have ever had to deal with. Original inspection of the issue took place on a Saturday where i was charged a ridiculous amount for overtime. The plumber suggested i should purchase the individual parts from Home Depot as it would be more efficient then ordering the parts. After doing that i had to wait approximately 4 days for the companies so called estimator to send me an estimate of the total repairs which consisted of 3 bullet points. After approving that we scheduled an appointment for 9 am they arrived at 10 only to leave after 10 minutes because they were not fully equipped and came unprepared. They then came back after 5 hours late to the original appointment and did not finish the job. They basically up and vanished after completing 1/3 of the job and i had to call the service center where they gave me the corporate run around. Will never use their services again. I don't blame the individual plumbers, i blame the company as a whole for its lack of professionalism.
