Best Burst Pipe in Miami FL

George 6778 was very professional and tried several times to unclog our kitchen drain. He was ultimately successful. His determination was very much appreciated.
This comes after another guy came last night for the same issue and tried once and said it couldn’t be done.

I am so pleased with their service. I have to stay that they answered the phone with their plumbing company name. I called two other companies who said “hello?” When I called and I had to ask if I had even called a plumbing company. They spoke English, which is important to me because I don’t speak Spanish. They introduced themselves immediately: They were profesional and took pictures/showed me exactly what was wrong. I will recommend them to all of our family and friends.

The plumber was friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure that everything was still working properly and to answer any additional questions I had. Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
