Oscar was great. I called four other plumbers before I saw great reviews for 24 hr rooter on Yelp. I called for a quote and he told me I could send him pictures so he could give me a more exact price. I loved that he was willing to do that for me, because other companies seemed scared to give an exact price. Once here, he and the other service provider worked quickly and without disturbing the area at all--- they even cleaned everything up!

I would definitely recommend and I'll call them again if (God forbid) I need to!

Tal is very professional and detailed with his work. We had an emergency and he gave us a 2 hour window for arrival and met it. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened and what we need to do to avoid any problems going forward. It was a pleasure to deal with him. It's hard to find that work ethic in these times. We will be using his company going forward.

Our kitchen sink is clogged. We called and ask for price quote & set up an appointment. He even remind us to use the discount coupon. He showed up the following day: on-time and courteously assessed the situation and work on the problem immediately. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and his professional demeanor. Kristopher earned our respect and confidence.

This company is supposed to be the best in town, but had the worst experience. They sent out two technicians out to the job site on multiple occasion just to tell us that a special tool was needed. Technicians were not prepare and worst they charged us an astronomical amount of money for a job they could not fix. Eddy Villamil, service manager, has zero professionalism and tries to scam you in believing the job is more complicated than it is. Please be careful when hiring this company. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves with NO SPECIAL TOOLS!
