I had an issue with my toilet being clogged I had called to see if there any availabilities at the moment they said yes right away one of their employees to come and fix it. Andy had came and new the issue and fixed the issue right away which was perfect, for anyone having doubts about this services trust me i would recommend it for anyone having issues with plumbing. I had just about given up hope for finding a plumber that would actually be able to help me replace my water heater within a reasonable time frame and would be responsive to my queries. Then, I discovered Just 1 via the ratings on Yelp and I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to my query, provided a fast estimate, and came out at the promised time to take care of the heater replacement. The plumber was friendly and helpful, teaching me about the new tankless heater and making sure that I understood everything. VERY GRATEFUL for this kind of service. The company truly deserves five stars. Wish that more companies operated this way.

This man is awesome and honest. The water in my bathtub was coming out of the faucet but not the shower head. He said your shower head was clogged. I was thinking to myself this was a brand new shower head I just replaced. He walked me through what to do over the phone. Simply had to remove the shower head and sure enough there was a small piece of plastic. What a life saver. Just because of his honesty I would call this company next time for any plumbing needs. This company is customer service based. So hard to find honest businesses not trying to rob customers. Thank you again !!!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

I was refer to this vendor by my condo association to have my water heater serviced. The thermostat relay was being constantly triggered. Plumber came on the same day, run and explained several tests done to diagnose the issue. The thermostat were replaced with original State parts and the heater went back to normal. Good trustworthy service!
