Just incredible! Danny and his dad, Kiko, are the ones to call for all your plumbing needs. I called Danny late on a Sunday night to diagnose and recommend options to fix my clogged toilet and backflow in the shower. He took the time to explain the issue along with all the pricing options and recommended the most effective solution (which wasn't the most expensive). He was over on Monday morning earlier than the scheduled appointment. While there, another issue came up which they fixed at no charge. They definitely go above and beyond and the combination of their workmanship, cost, and customer service is unmatched in this day and age.
Best home repair experience I've had!

My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space.

I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research.

I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.

My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy. His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics.

The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself.

Hernandez Plumbing has a customer (and fan) for life.

Great and fast service!
Made a call in the morning and they came in the afternoon to fix the issue. No waiting to speak to a rep, the guy took all the info he needed on my first call. He gave me a short window on when to expect the tech and to my surprise (with vendors in Miami) they came on time!
The tech was very friendly, he fixed the issue while doing his inspection which saved us bunch of time, very efficient!
He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the issue. Price was reasonable!
Highly recommended, they are now my go to plumber for my business and home!

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I will not use anyone else. He is my go-to Plumber for my rental.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Would not recommend this business to anyone. After they charged me to fix something that was not fixed. They are now requesting $165 fee to come back. Very unprofessional, insincere and very poor quality customer service.
