The guy who showed up very late was from Delta plumbing, barely spoke English, said he was sending me photos of the alleged cause of blockage, but he never did. Then he said he would get me a new beige toilet at home Depot for $128, and bring me the bill. He instead installed a white one, doubled the price and refused to show me or give me the receipt. I have no idea if the toilet is new or used or if it needed to be replaced because he never showed me any evidence of any blockage. Stay away!!!!

Marco and Carlos are 2 of the most professional, polite young men I have ever met. They are knowledgeable and arrived on time. They also took their time to problem solve. Although my problem was more serious than we anticipated. They were still able to point me in the right direction. I would recommend them 💯. Do not hesitate.

Fantastic experience, super fast and quality service.

Spent $390 for a leak test in 8/2021 that yielded no results and no follwow up from the plumbers.

I had to then spend $375 on ANOTHER plumber who was professional and found my leak issue.

Coastal picked up on the first call, and was very informative on what would be needed to resolve our plumbing issue. They confirmed within 2 minutes of sending photos of the faulty plumbing the required parts needed and cost. Although we had a confirmed appointment of 1 PM, Coastal let us know that they had earlier availability if we were interested. They arrived on time, which is rare for maintenance in my experience. The repair was done by Judson, who was very professional and worked very efficiently. No surprise costs, no price gouging on the parts, great service, and on time - Highly recommend!

I finally found my go to plumber! Kris, with KNC plumbing was fast to respond, explained everything, quick to assess the problem and left the area cleaner than it was before the problem. All of this for a fair price. He was efficient and friendly. Best part is I didn't feel ripped off! Thank you Kris from KNC plumbing.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
