Our toilet was starting to leak and as a homeowner, our immediate response was to freak out. We called Roto-Rooter and they had someone come to check it out immediately on a late stormy Saturday. It was our first time using their services and the experience was a great one. George (6778) was super polite, nice, and professional. He studied our situation, gave us a plan, and was able to unclog our toilet drain. I will definitely recommend this company and call them again if I need any plumbing solutions and if possible, request for George to help us out.

The guy who showed up very late was from Delta plumbing, barely spoke English, said he was sending me photos of the alleged cause of blockage, but he never did. Then he said he would get me a new beige toilet at home Depot for $128, and bring me the bill. He instead installed a white one, doubled the price and refused to show me or give me the receipt. I have no idea if the toilet is new or used or if it needed to be replaced because he never showed me any evidence of any blockage. Stay away!!!!

I have TOTO toilets that were installed in all 3 of my bathrooms by the previous owners of my condo. They are incredibly difficult and extremely expensive to service. Two other plumbers had refused to work on them. Nick helped me locate the needed parts and explained everything he was doing so I would know how to prevent excessive wear and tear. We had a major leak from the outside of my Mom's home and Falcon came out immediately. They accessed the problem, gave us a very fair price and scheduled the full day appointment as soon as we were ready. Justin was assigned to us and he was professional, responsible, diligent and clean. By the end of the day, everything was done on this major job, cleaned up and put back.

I was Refer to this company by my painter. After they come out and give me a quote. Their professionalism make me chose them even though their quote was the highest but they make me feel at ease during the walk through. Like they weren't going to cut corners to come the cheapest. Quality is number one and they were the one that make me realize that I need a repiping rather than continue fixing piece of pipes all over the house.
The company that actually come to do the first and the second repair didn't do such a good job that's why I have asked around and I was referred to Jehveh Plumbing. I didn't regret hiring them they are the best as far as I am concerned. The work was done in a professional manner the pass inspection with flying color the inspector even brag about the work that was done. Converting from copper to pex was one of the best decisions that I have made but Jehveh Plumbing made the transition easier.

We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone
