Zoom drain arrived on time and explained the different services they offer and advised me on the best one for me. Carlos was quick, thorough and informative the entire time. Excellent work !!

Very good customer service,in the website said free estimate, but isn't true they charge $55 if you don't due the job with them. but also de labor is too expensive $100 per hours , I never use anymore

We had a water leak this morning. We did not know how to shut it off or fix it. Gio from miami plumbing came this morning. He was very professional and the quality of work was excellent. We ended up getting almost all pending issues fixed in the house. The estimate was close to what was quoted. This is my first pluming company review. These guys are under rated. Amazing job. I had Sebastian and they installed two new Toto toilets for me. They also fixed the low water pressure I was having in my house in all five faucets (three bathroom faucets and two shower heads). I cannot recommend them enough. Communication from quote to arrival time was great. On time and did an excellent job.

I purchased my house back in 1990 and Mokher Plumbing was the company that inspect my house for possible plumbing issues and since then, I use them with no hesitation.

I just had a hot water pipe burst between the two bathrooms and Mokher Plumbing immediately responded to my urgency and for the past 3 days working hard, non stop, they finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

I cannot be more thankful for their professionalism starting from the receptionist, the staff and all the way to the upper management which that alone is priceless.

I called because my house main shut off valve wasn't closing all the way. The tech disassembled, cleaned and reassembled the shut off valve and now it works great. The alternative was to chip out the valve, replace and patch the stucco - thanks for saving me time, money and aggravation!

I called Carlos on a Monday to see if he could do a main sewer line camera inspection for a house I am looking into buying. He was very professional and willing to accommodate us on short notice and was able to come out today and do it. Carlos and his assistant Oscar were very helpful and friendly from the get go. They were very knowledgeable and explained to us in great detail what they had found. They got in and got the job done quickly and did not try to up sell us on anything that they had found and only gave us an estimate on the important issues we had asked them to look at.
