Our heat pump was having a problem that was intermittent and difficult to diagnose. Rooter Hero sent Leo to our house to work on the issue. Leo did a great job diagnosing the problem, and fixing it. Unprofessional, had a 2 hour window for an appointment time on a vacant house, left instructions for them to give me a half hour heads up when they were on there way, they gave me 10 . As I show up they leave. What a joke.

Arrived back from vacation to find a leaking sound behind our shower. Called Safeway Plumbing and Clint came out the same day to inspect. He thought it to be a slab leak, next day schedule leak detection located issue in our slab and fixed the issue the same day. Clint is an absolute pleasure to work with and has a great attitude not to mention his enormous plumbing knowledge.
