Had Affordable Plumber AZ LLC out last week to install a replacement Water Softener (not his equipment) for a system that failed but was under warranty. They replumbed the new system and added a Water Pressure Regulator (PRV) to our line. If you don't have a PRV then check into it. Had I had this in place I would not have needed to replace my Water Softener. Higher than normal water pressure can damage appliances that should only get 70 ish PSI.

Chad delivered and installed our new dishwasher from Lowe’s. He was professional and prompt with his communication in advance of arrival, courteous in his service and knowledgeable within the plumbing profession. I would recommend Chad to others.

Contacted Angry Pipe Solutions on Saturday about a leaky gas water heater at one of our rental homes. Location was in a pantry between the kitchen and garage. Owner took it upon himself late Sat. to investigate and prevent potential flooding. He removed the defective water heater, spotted code violations from this 25+ year old installation when the home was built, installed the new water heater by 8am Monday morning, by code. Attached a pic of the installation, with a drain pan to prevent possible future failure, nice.

Fantastic result that could have cost my wife and I thousands of dollars in water damage.

Jerry has been our plumber for a while now and I will not call anyone else. We had an awful smell in our house and he didn't quit till he found it and fixed it!! Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

I had a cracked pipe under my sink which could only be accessed by cutting out some drywall behind my counter. He managed to cut a small area and replace the pipe in no time.
