Originally, he came to our home for a kitchen sink drain clog only to discover water stains on the outside structure. He is very professional and gave exceptional customer service explaining the process in order to fix the problem for materials needing to be replaced and fairness of pricing given to us by his company. Throughout this journey, his scheduler Jackie was very professional offering to get in touch with George right away when questions arose and calling right back with answers. My experience with PlumbSmart was awesome...they communicated multiple times via text and even included a picture of the technician (Charles) prior to his arrival. Charles diagnosed the problem with our tub faucet handle, explained how he was going to fix it but didn't have the parts on his truck and went to pick up the parts. He came back a short while later, finished the repair and showed me that both hot and cold faucet handles worked with no leaks. If/when we have plumbing issues again, I will definitely use PlumbSmart again.

They asked me to take down my other negative review stating I posted on the wrong company, but I have double checked and this is the right company seeing as the guy that came out is the one on the website picture. Schroeder plumbing is not honest in their dealings with their fellow men. They did a job at our house (never again) and only did it half way, said they would come back 2 days later and finish. Next thing I know we get sent to collections by this company for a bill we never got (by their own admission they never sent one, but sent us to collections anyway) on a job they didn't finish. The office wouldn't even schedule the job to be finished until we paid for work already performed, which was simply prep work to fix the problem and they hadn't even actually fixed anything yet. way over priced and dishonest is the best way I can describe this company.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs good reliable service! They were friendly, on time, and quick on fixing the water leak we had. They also cleaned up the mess before leaving, I give a 5-star rating 😁 keep up the great work!

Based how they drive, which was very aggressive and some interesting looks when they passed, I would not recommend them. Plenty of other plumbers to choose from. Next time, don't drive like a jackass in a company branded vehicle.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!
