Schroeder came out to my home. They did not diagnose the problem correctly and then to make matters worse they messed up the claim with my insurance company to the point that my insurance company denied the claim and would not fix the cause of the loss. They were SUPPOSED to come out to my home again to make another assessment of the problem. They were a NO SHOW five times! They didn’t even give the curtesy of a phone call to say that they were not going to show. When I called to find out when they were coming I was told all five times that they had another “emergency” call come up. Here we are more then a month and still they don’t have the honor to stand their word and my kitchen remains unfixed as well as the plumbing job that they said they would fix!!! Stay away from this company because they don’t deliver what they say they will. They don’t stand by their word nor are their smaller dollar jobs considered important enough for them to even show up to do the work they promised to do.This is still the state of my kitchen a month later. Gary Shaker(owner)is specifically who messed up my insurance claim! There is no HONOR IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE HONOR IS KEEPING YOUR WORD AND STANDING BEHIND YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS. THIS COMPANY DOES NEITHER!!!

Solid work repairing our broken shower head pipe!

We have had nothing but AWFUL experiences with this company. The installation of our a/c was completely botched. They brushed it over as a “this has never happened before” and bribed us with a hotel or dinner. We, unfortunately, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They provide maintenance with purchase. BIG mistake inviting them back. Our a/c (that was working perfectly fine) is now broken because they did some upkeep to it. Stay far away from this company.

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

Brian was an absolute professional, after being notified of his earliest time to come out there was no wait he showed up and started walking me through the trouble shooting he’s going to do. He involved me and informed every step of the way maintaining diligence to root out my issues. Once we were able to identify a solution, Brian gave me a very fair estimate before proceeding with my consent to begin the repair. I’m completely pleased with the job that’s been done, I will be hiring above all the rest for future jobs and houses. I highly recommend.

Jeff came by, checked out current system, gave some suggestions and explained everything that would be required to replace old water heater with a tankless system. We talked about different brands etc, he seemed to be well familiar with the various players. On Installation day (Sunday, with no extra fee for wknd work) he showed up on time and knocked it out in about 3-4 hours including having to modify the plumbing and add a vent system and a condensation line. So far I love this system compared to my old tank system. I was very happy with how my engagement with Lawson played out. I mean... if it had been free that would have about the only thing you could improve on... so basically, would use them again very pleased with how this project went.

They booked me for the very next day and fixed my broken toilet valve. Super nice guys. They even gave me great tips/advice for my water softener. Definitely will use them again!

These guys are brutal. My house was built and plumbed by this company when built. I just called to see if they had replacement toilet lids and they can't find not one matching lid for my toilet. I have three toilets one of which has a mis match. The code for the toilet is the same on both different lids. However they cannot help me get the right one even though they put them in....took several phone calls to get ahold of them also. I sent the lady there an email of the right and wrong lid. Also pointed out that they both had the same identifying numbers on them. This was done to avoid them delivering the wrong lid. Of course...they brought the wrong one. Terrible experience with this business. I'm still without the right lid.....Go somewhere else.
