Pat is super great! He communicates so that I understood what was gone and answered every question had. Even a question that my mother had and randomly texted him. He didn't respond with a text but instead called to explain the answer. My family and I highly recommend this plumber and all the services he offers. I will be using him for a long time.

Replaced hosebib that had broken off from corrosion that was connected to the main waterline to the house. Water to the house had to be shut off until the repair could be made. They were able to come out about an hour after calling and made the repair the same day in a very timely manner. Robert is the tech that came out and did our repair. He explained what he was going to do before starting the job. We will definitely keep using them!

The young man was very courteous and informative. He did not try to sell me extra services. The price was very fair. I will use them again.

Moises came to help with my water heater that went out. He was so kind & polite through out the whole process! He was extremely professional and even helped clean at the end. He provided exceptional service! I was especially thankful of how he was okay with my little dog. Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

My water heater quit while we were out of town. I found these folks on a Sunday night as soon as I got home, called and scheduled an appointment right then. I had absolutely no issues, Don S was great! He even adjusted our water pressure up into the recommended range-thanks Don! I would absolutely recommend this company.

PlumbSmart gets my vote for best plumbers. When I get great service I like to let other people know and these guys were awesome, exceeded my expectations on every point and very affordable, I would not hesitate to call them again.

Nicholas came out and found the problem right away this company is awesome I called they answered and told me he would be here within 30 minutes to an hour he was on time I’m very respectful assess the problem and taken care of for a very reasonable price

Larry was amazing in fixing our unit down on progressions at Sunwest Choice and Rehab. He stayed late and finished the job. Super professional and honest and was able to save my faculty about 5 grand. Thank you 911 and Larry I will be using you guys again in the future!!

I called after hours because of a leak under our sink. They were at our home within 30 minutes, and was kind, courteous and trustworthy. They had to get some parts so Gordon was back today to complete the work. I would highly recommend this company.
