John was very prompt informative and friendly. He took pics of our ac/heater unit and showed me the problem prior to fixing it. Once he got the ok he went and gathered the parts and fixed the unit. He made a few suggestions as to what else may need to be done in the near future however he was not pushy about it just informative. We have used PlumbSmart before and would highly recommend them. Oh yeah and I felt for what they did they were very reasonable.

Dave came out yesterday as I turned yet another valve in my 30 year old house and lost hot water. Definitely a job beyond my expertise. Dave was awesome, worked hard with a good attitude even when curve balls were thrown his way.
