Patrick was great. He corrected a non-code plumbing problem with my water heater and fixed a nonworking bathtub stopper. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a day, and did the work expertly and efficiently . . . and for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend him.

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of severalsof the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. i had an appt between 9 and 10 am,,,,,throush some weird text message not directed to me i found out my appt was canceled because they are down a truck....would of been nice to find out directly my appt was canceled,,,,,

I recently had my AC stop working at 8pm 6/26/23 I reached out to alot of different AC companies with big names I had seen on TV or Radio and were in the top searches on google. All of them couldnt tell me if they could have someone out to my house immediately or if I had to wait until the morning and all of them needed to take down ALL of my information first before giving any time frame. Since I have a 4 month old baby and needed the situation to be addressed asap this was a little annoying. I found 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing after scrolling past the top google searches and Scott answered his phone almost immediately. He was able to let me know the minimum cost up front and was able to get back intouch with me very quickly to tell me he could have a tech available and on the way within half an hour. Robert was my guy he should up and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily had the part needed to fix the issue on his truck. All said and done I only had my AC out for a couple hours total. I would definitely recommend them if you need things done fast and correctly and will keep them at the top of my list in the furture. Thanks guys!

Mitch and his crew are awesome. Usually dealing with plumbers can be SO intimidating. But they are so incredibly nice, they explain everything in easy to understand terms, and are so reliable! I refer them to everyone because they are truly the best.

I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

I have been working with Davis Plumbing since I moved to Mesa about 4 years ago. They have been nothing but great. They are quick to respond and come when we need them, and they are really great about leaving the area where they are working clean when they leave.

Misters installed. Amazing service and great team. They hooked the system up to our water softener to eliminate the hard water grime on the landscaping and mister heads. Would highly recommend!

This is a top notch company! Our water heater failed and with a quick call to Donna, a technician was dispatched to our home and the new water heater was installed the next morning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service done right away.

Supreme Emergency Service!!! Broken angle stop behind toilet in a tight corner required me to turn off the water to the entire house at 5pm on a Saturday. First call to one of the guys that advertise on TV would have left me without water for several hours. Called Diggers Plumbing and he responded faster than a 911 call.. literally here in minutes. Came out and did a great job fixing the problem at a fair price. We were very pleased and would use Diggers Plumbing again. (Work done fast! As I type this review I would still be waiting for the guy from TV to get here)
