Was early, explained everything to me concerning the house filter install. Work looks good.

Technician found the issue quickly and allowed me to go purchase the part and install it myself, saving me a lot of money. I gladly paid the service fee instead of over $300 for the $11 capacitor that took me under 3 minutes to replace. I understand paying a fee for the technician’s knowledge, ability and time, but that’s a bit much. All in all I’m still very happy with Parker and Sons and the fact that they allowed me to fix it myself.

Had employee show up completely unprofessional and rude.

Very impressed, great attitude. Jason is amazing and very concerned about his customers, Wyatt and Ryan did great job.

Keith was friendly and professional. He asked appropriate questions about the job to be done. Completed the work without delay and thoroughly cleaned up after. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
