Called Camcor and they were able to come out the next day! Tyler did a great job. Our 12 year old water softener stopped working and he quoted us a price to repair. We asked about a new one and he was very knowledgeable, gave us details, explanation of costs, and differences of units. Very personable and patient with all of our questions. We decided to go with a new one which he was able to install immediately! We also asked about our reverse osmosis system that was 20 years old which we decided to replace too! Both systems were installed and done right. Very professional, on time, cleaned up and will definitely recommend!

Great customer service. Chase, the technician that came to service our plumbing issue was kind, courteous and informative. He knew immediately how to fix the issue. He had all the needed parts and actually showed up hours earlier than scheduled, which was great!

Rooter 4 Less was scheduled through my warranty company. Terry performed the initial diagnoses with a little attitude and then scheduled us a week out to install a new water heater. After waiting the week, he showed up angry and told me that my neighbor and I could not stand in my driveway and watch him work. That we were to go inside. He then got angrier and took off with my water heater after waiting a week for it!!! I imagine he didn't want us there so that he could do work that wasn't needed and charge us too much. Otherwise, why would anyone behave in such a manner??? I was prepared to pay the $300 he was charging for modifications (outside what he was being paid from the warranty company) of a drain pain and adding some piping. His disrespect and lack of professionalism was quite shocking.

So we used to use this other group which I thought was pretty fair until a chance call from Dukes of Air pushing a service special that allowed me to take a chance let them come out. It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time! Dukes not only takes time to repair issues if necessary, but are very proactive and conduct fixes on potential items before they become issues later. In addition, once the job is complete, the technician sits with you for 15 minutes or so after each visit to thoroughly explain what he has done, looks at the historical records to ensure any issues discovered during the last visit did not reoccur. Reviews he’s a recommendation on what he’d like to do during the next visit, And ensures that we are fully satisfied with the service before he leaves. That is Pretty damn great customer service! We are very happy that we switched to Dukes of Air and highly recommend that you do as well!

I called my home warranty, and I received a call back from these guys called within the hour, I was also advised that they could be here today.
The came in and unclogged my washer be drain very fast and effectively and clean, Super nice guys am I even took thre shoes off at request when they came in my house.
Couldn't ask for better service, you can't go wrong requesting these guys at all.

I’ve used Air and Water Mechanical at the many hotel properties I help manage in the past and have always had an amazing experience. This past week, in 115 degree weather my home AC unit quit working.

Chris came out and was very kind, fixed the issue within a 40 minute time frame and had my AC blowing cold before he left.

Many thanks to Aaron and how he made time in his schedule to take care of our water heater. I first called Davis plumbing on a Saturday to set up an appointment for later in the week, because we had a small leak in our water heater. But it turned into a bigger leak AND the drain pipe connected to our drain pan wasn't secured and water tight, so the drywall in our garage began to get wet. I called Davis plumbing the next day (Sunday) and told them our predicament was a little more urgent than the previous day, so when Aaron called me back (on a Sunday), he said he'd do what needed to be done and stay late on Monday, if needed.

Aaron came over the next day (Monday) at about 10:00 AM and by 1:00 PM, our new water heater was installed and done perfectly. Again, a big THANK YOU to Aaron for being professional, doing a great job, going above and beyond and gaining a new customer for all our plumbing needs!

Dakota is very customer service oriented. He was on time on Saturday and did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would recommend him to all my neighbors.
