Fred has been here a number of times over the past 3 years to fix various plumbing problems at our house. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and accurate in his work. I especially like his explanations of what is being done and why. I recommend BSJ Plumbing for all residential plumbing work.

I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Scheduled online on Monday after hours, received a call on Tuesday morning, consulted with Joe on Tuesday afternoon and Ramesh installed on Wednesday morning. Very happy with their services. Mike was very responsive and available to come to my house and find out what my problem source was. He got the utilities companies involved right away as it was an outside job, had materials, ready to go, and came and fixed the problem in short order. Having had to have the water to the house shut off because of the problem, his quick response and service was a huge benefit to me and my family in getting our water going again. He was very good in communications about everything and very fair priced. Pride of workmanship as well, everything that was moved, every rock, piece of dirt, etc., was cleaned up and put back very nicely, better than when he found it.

Avoid this company! We paid $16,000 for two new units. They installed smaller units than we paid for (15 seer instead of 16 seer) which we didn't find out about until SRP declined the rebate. We just had a one-year service done by another company and were told we need $4,000+ in repairs because everything was installed incorrectly. They will not respond to phone calls and they even stole all of our paperwork and warranty books. I'm currently researching what my options are legally, but don't want anyone else to fall victim to these corrupt criminals. Stay far away!
