Re: Our water softener, Brandon determined we were not getting soft water via the cold. There was a “fix” for the issue that required some plumbing. Luis and Brandon worked together to correct the problem. We are completely satisfied with their work. From beginning to end they explained everything thoroughly. They both were a pleasure to work with.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

I don't know how these guys got a 1 star. I have used them for water softener with loop, water heater, valve on a house, and have referred them to several friends. Fair price and quality work.

These guys are such crooks. The plumber wanted to charge me $140 a hour just to diagnose the issue when the the problem was just a closed valve. The crook charged me $100 to open a valve. Definitely do not recommend.
