I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody
