Best Traditional Water Heaters in Mesa AZ

This is our first time working with BSJ Plumbing and we are so pleased. Their technician, Joe Money, was very pleasant and explained everything to us in terms that I could understand. He got our shower to give hot water again, and also worked with me to identify two other projects that need to be addressed. But -- he didn't pressure us at all, and helped me figure out flooring issues related to a plumbing leak. We signed up for annual maintenance because I want to work with companies that have given me good service. Thank you, BSJ Plumbing and Joe!!

Save yourself stress and heartache by NOT hiring this company to do any work for you. We hired them to install a water filtration system and run gas lines into our home. After assurance work was complete, and multiple requests for payment by Tom, we paid them in full. What a terrible mistake on our part. We have multiple leaks in the gas lines throughout the house, to the point brand new cabinets will have to be removed and cut through to correct the leak to our cooktop. Damage was done to the ceiling when running gas lines which has not been paid for, along with other damage to our property. No one will return a phone call or text message and I regret ever hiring this company to do the work at my new home.

I am very pleased with the service & professionalism received. Called about the clogged kithen sink at 7:15 am, Austin A. arrived at 11 am, & done before lunch. Informative on the extent of the clog & what we could do prevent another. Taking his advice! Austin is professional & friendly & a benefit to the company. I highly recommend.
