Replaced hosebib that had broken off from corrosion that was connected to the main waterline to the house. Water to the house had to be shut off until the repair could be made. They were able to come out about an hour after calling and made the repair the same day in a very timely manner. Robert is the tech that came out and did our repair. He explained what he was going to do before starting the job. We will definitely keep using them!

I’m very pleased with Water Heaters Only; their super competent installer, Dillon, performed excellent work. Our old heater began leaking and needed replaced. Dillon was able to arrive only a few hours after I called. After confirming some warranty information, he drove to Phoenix to get the replacement and was back ASAP. After that, the replacement was expertly performed in only about two hours!

I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

The complex I live at used them 5 months ago. They took 22 hours with our water off when it was supposed to be 10. And that was just the beginning. They’ve now showed up with no warning and shut the water off to fix their mistakes multiple times. Simple line switch that they haven’t gotten right over 6 months/dozens of trips here/handfuls of water shut offs. Actually a scam.

We needed a leaky outdoor valve replaced. They were able to come over within a day or so, quickly fixed it within an hour !

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched.
