My entire experience with BSJ Plumbing was excellent. Scheduling same day service was quick and easy, and the scheduler was very professional and courteous. Michael G was my service tech, and I was able to see when he was on his way, and keep track of his ETA in real time. Michael was great! He listened thoroughly to everything I needed help with, and confirmed back to me what he was hearing to make sure we were on the same page. Ultimately, I needed natural gas lines checked for leaks, and ensuring a safe connection to a brand new gas range and oven. He checked everything, showed me what looked great, and what needed repair, then drew up a quote promptly. The price was fair, so he completed the work on the spot, which was basically an old shutoff valve replacement, as the old one was leaking and out of code compliance. He even showed me where newer valves had been replaced when we replaced a water heater and updated the AC/furnace system, bringing peace of mind that previous work by others was done to code and was safe. Michael is a great asset to BSJ Plumbing, and has knowledge, personability, and work ethic to give this company a good name for itself. Thank you!

Justin came out within two days to look at my water softener system. He was very honest and trustworthy. He had to order a new system so had to wait a week longer for that but he agreed to come late in the afternoon to allow for my work schedule. He was friendly, reliable, and he knows his systems! I had my spigot break outside with also a broken main on top of that and called for help. So happy I did! Tom came right away at the end of his day to help me. He had to work in the pouring rain to fix it. On top of all of that, he couldn’t have been a kinder person. He sent out some guys the next day to help me also, and they were also so professional, pleasurable, and did a great job. I highly recommend!
