I had a hot water slab leak in my home, and received a recommendation from my neighbor for Superstition Plumbing. Don and Jerod tracked down my leaking pipe and mapped out a cost effective solution. Don and Jerod recommended to delete the leaking pipe and re-pipe a new line through the attic and into an exterior wall. It was a nice, clean, professional repair. Both Don and Jerod are highly skilled plumbers and the pricing was upfront and fair. Both men take obvious pride in their work. I can recommend Superstition Plumbing without reservation. JM.

Kendall replaced my water heater and was so plesant! He showed me exactly how to drain the water tank each and told me if I forget, just give him a call he'll remember me and explain again! Kendall was recommended to me as an honest, fair guy and he was!

Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. Jonny checked it out and pronounced our garbage disposal as dead then said he had a replacement in the truck and will replace it right now! The service was quick, competent and professional. In the end, I chose Pink Plumbing and Sewer because I had absolute trust in them. I did have other opinions and plumbers out to my house in my decision making process. Really pricy and the person who did the repair left a huge mess. Like black soot and melted plastic all over my bathroom. This company doesn't seem to have actual employees, but instead is a referral to independents, which helps them avoid accountability. Definitely don't recommend.

If you call this company, make sure that their plumber is doing what you called them for.
We called them for cleaning sewer as our sewer line was getting plugged. We had another plumber stopped by to do initial cleaning. So water was passing at that point. Ferrin Ryco's plumber just ran the water for 10 mins and and did not want to run the sewer machine. He told us that we will not be charged.
Lo and behold, we got a $125 bill. Talking to the customer service repeatedly did not help. Initially, they said their service charge is for 1 hour service. But then the charged the same for half hour.
Our line got clogged within 5 days of their visit.
I finally called AAA Septic Service to clean out our grease trap in our restaurant which was actually causing the issue. I shall never again call this company for my house or store issues. This company does not follow their commitment.
