Best Tankless Water System in Mesa AZ

The entire team was helpful open and honest, they didnt try and sell anything and helped us choose what was best for our home rather than what what the most expensive. I would recommend BSJ to anyone looking for a plumber we ended up with a new water heater. They even made sure to fit us in same day so that we would have hot water the next. Wonderful business IwI highly recommend them!

We saw a leak on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning Dillon was here replacing our water heater. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I had Go Direct come out for a sewer back up that partially flooded my hallway bathroom. They managed to clear my sewer line through my clean-outs and provided me with options on how to maintain my sewer line. They were super fast on getting me scheduled and had quick availability, I would definitely recommend to anyone else with plumbing or drain issues.

They came to our 3 plex wen't into the unit next door and didn't even check to see if there was a chance of flooding our unit. When they turned the water on next door in the empty unit because the last plumber left the toilet off in our unit, our apartment completely flooded with perhaps 20 gallons of water. They made no effort to clean any of it up and were just going to leave our unit flooded, had no shop vac. Husband had to spend almost $80.00 to purchase one just to clean the water up. When you are on a job it's common practice to walk the area and look for any possible issues that might be present. Which they didn't do! Not at all professional!

Frank Stockton did an excellent job of servicing our reverse osmosis unit and also explained all of the steps in understandable detail. He also inquired in regards to our other home water systems and any need that there might be.

Michael was great. We had an emergency leak from our water heater over the weekend and he was able to secure a new water heater before any other company that met our specifications. He was knowledgeable and efficient and got the job done fast and to code. Would highly recommend Hindsight Plumbing.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!
