I sheared off a water spigot while attempting to remove a hose. The first thing PlumbSmart did was answer my call with a live person. The individual on the other end of the phone was friendly and scheduled Justin Jones to come out. When Justin arrived he was professional and discussed the options. We came to agreement to fix my spigot as well as replace the shutoff valve. Justin quickly got to work and delivered on his promise. I had a particularly nasty grease clog that had rendered my kitchen sink and dishwasher useless for the better part of a month. After a different plumbing company came out to snake the line, it was determined that hydro-jetting was needed. Casey and Adam from State 48 arrived and used every tool in the toolbox to clear the blockage. They were professional, quick, clean and did a fantastic job. The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Cure all plumbing showed up same day for an emergency sewer line break. They used the best technology to camera and identify leak and helped come up with most cost effective and efficient way to repair my broken pipe. Cure all was transparent with pricing any extent of damage. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.
