Called at 7:30 AM, Amy treated my leak as a priority and assigned Troy to the job. Troy arrived at 9:00AM and identified the problem in just a few minutes. A rat or large rodent had chewed through the brine return line on my soft water system. Only issue was finding a replacement tubing which took several hours. Troy was a professional and was very communicative.

I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. After I thought that I could handle fixing my leaking shower valves and failed I reached out to Oasis plumbing. The gentleman I spoke to was very informative and tried to walk me through my problem over the phone. Unfortunately the problem seemed bigger than me and he said he was on his way to another job and could swing by real quick. 10 minutes later the gentleman arrived and looked at the valves. He pulled them both out, handed them to me and said there's your problem. He informed me of were to get new ones and also gave me tips on how to properly install them. Long story short, 45 minutes later the valves were installed. No more leaking valves no more frustration. Thank you Oasis plumbing for coming to my rescue in such short notice. You guys are very professional and courteous. Today you've gained a loyal customer.

Carl was on time & went through a full process of finding why the toilet would not drain properly. After all of this and discussing the problem and what had happened & when it started, he noticed that someone (the roofer who had just coated the roof) had placed a cap over the air flow tube on top of the home. Removed the cap and problem was fixed.

Called this morning with a plumbing emergency and Tom arrived early! Stayed until the job was done right! We can't say enough how nice and professional they are. They are experts in the plumbing business!!
