Best Sewer Pipe Line Maintenance in Mesa AZ

We had a sewer backup and needed service ASAP. on a Thursday morning. We called other places and they could not fit us in - we were so relieved when BSJ Plumbing could come out and help us. They gave us a block time and we were able to track how far out our tech was and see a picture of the tech thru their text app. Our tech was Robert L. and we were very pleased with him. He gave us a price and stuck to it - without any other surprises later. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was also always aware of keeping everything clean and disinfected making sure he sprayed everything down. I’m hoping of not having any plumbing problems in the future , but if we do, we now know who to call. Highly recommend them.

I've used Water Pros Plumbing for a few projects over the years and have received exceptional service every time! This most recent being a corroded valve/pipe that need to be replaced. They answered quickly when I called and were able to send someone out the next morning to get it fixed. I would highly recommend their services.

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

My garage was flooded! I would never think this would happen to me. Right near lindsay and McKellips in Mesa...well these guys made quick work of this. They got to my house in 35 minutes! They made really quick decision to get the water turned off. Then came to me and showed me what they recommended as the repair. Turned out that i thought a pipe bursted or a might of had a slab leak, well it was the water heater leaking at the bottom. They had everything under control. They finished the work quickly, neatly and did a plumbing health check up on the rest of the for free! I figured with a name like Pink Plumbing they must care about people. I think if they were called Pink Roto-Rooter I might of called the wrong place... Great job guys and i am happy that you donate to the right cause! If your lucky you might get my tech. We've used them to install new pipes, repair old ones, and even help us with emergency situations—and they've always been outstanding!

Our shutoff valves to our washing machine were broke in the open position. The first repair company that came to our home gave us an outrageous quote for the repair. We then called Plumb Smart and they came within an hour, no service call fee, and the quote was reasonably priced. We hired them. Josh did a great job replacing the valves and also looked at our water softner and water heater and gave us suggestions on maintaining them. Will definitely use Plumb Smart again.

I am so disappointed. I regret going with them. The shower faucet cartridge went out in our secondary bathroom. I've never experienced this before and that's when I learned about cartridges inside the faucet. It happened in the morning, and a different plumber I have used on occasion was not available. I am thankful they came out same day, but I paid $414 for a cartridge replacement. A $50 part, that I could have gotten at the hardware store. I understand I am paying for the service call, the expertise, and the service itself. I figured it would maybe be a $200-ish type repair, but not $400+. That is true price gouging and taking advantage. Invoice is not broken down, so you can only go by their word. My master shower cartridge went out the week after. Thankfully, I bought the part myself and had a kind neighbor who changed it out for free. I kind of understand why many people out there don't do home repairs because no company makes any kind of repairs reasonable, affordable, or accessible. I wished more companies acted with integrity. Nothing will change here. I just know I will never use them for any kind of service, period. $414 for a CARTRIDGE REPAIR.

J.I. To the Rescue!
We have had several repairs and jobs done by Jaimie Innes with J.I. Plumbing and never been so pleased with a company than we are with these folks. They are professional, courteous and especially fair priced!

One instance was a Saturday afternoon, we arrived home to find our garage and driveway FLOODED with water. Once we got inside, we saw the water softener fittings had dry rotted and burst. Immediately, we called J.I. Plumbing who instructed us to turn off the water and within a half an hour, Jaimie was present, fixing the situation. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with our water heater and Jaimie immediately replaced that as well for well under any pricing I had seen elsewhere.

J.I. Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal in the sink, new kitchen sink and faucet, Reverse Osmosis set up, and water heater. He has been our plumber for sewer clogs (we have large trees) and other mishaps.... again, VERY FAIRLY PRICED and always professional and prompt service.

I would never recommend another plumber than J.I. Plumbing.
